RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for your purchase of a Nauticam product through Nauticam.com!
At Nauticam, we pride ourselves in the ability to recognize the requirements of professional as well as amateur underwater photographers and fulfill them through the innovative designs of our products. We strive to achieve a high level of user-friendliness by allowing stress-free installation and easy operation of all important functions of the camera.
Each product is individually inspected and water pressure tested to ensure optimum quality.
Please read the accompanying manual carefully before using the product, this will maximize its performance as well as its lifetime.
All Nauticam Housing Products and Viewfinders are warranted against any material and manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase for consumer use.
Nauticam Optical Accessories are warranted against material and manufacturing defects for a period of one year, and SDI/HDMI cables carry a four month warranty.
This warranty only applies to products purchased from authorized Nauticam dealers or through Nauticam.com and does not extend beyond the original retail purchaser (is not transferrable).
To return your product for service, please contact your regional authorized service centre(s). Please note that this warranty only applies when the product is purchased in the territory where the service centre is located.
Nauticam does not hold responsibility for damage, of any nature, to any equipment used with and/or placed within our products. Nauticam accepts no liability for any loss of captured images or the inability to capture images even if it is due to the malfunctioning of our products.
Unauthorized modifications and/or repairs of our products will invalidate the warranty
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Nauticam.com. We go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
We offer 30 day returns on all regular-priced items. Sale and clearance items cannot be returned. We accept returns of used items so long as they don't show signs of obvious misuse or damage unrelated to shipping from a Nauticam fulfillment center.
Nauticam reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. Nauticam can only refund the original purchase price.
Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Modified items may not be returned.
Nauticam is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Nauticam is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
Items Missing or Damaged in Shipment
It is important to carefully inspect your order as soon as it is received. Contact us by email at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt if you are missing products or accessories, or if any of the items were damaged in shipment. If products have been damaged, please save all packaging and send us photos of both the damage to the items, and the external shipping carton.
Making a Return:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
